The journey of creating “Dear #24” began with a pencil and paper, producing what Moolah Bred calls one of the best pieces he has ever drawn. This piece also marked a turning point in his artistry, being the first to incorporate UV ink. “I used UV ink to write and highlight the majority of Kobe’s accolades and accomplishments,” he explained. “It’s a feature I’ve had in my head for a while, and this was the perfect moment to bring it to life.”
After completing the original art, Moolah Bred had it scanned digitally, blending traditional and digital techniques to create a dynamic and vibrant NFT collection. The final pieces incorporate a combination of UV lighting and LED elements, bursting with color and energy—a fitting representation of Kobe’s legacy.
